Grab your costumes and your cauldrons, your besties and your broomsticks! It’s the second annual Halloween Party thrown by Out and Sober and hosted by Hammell House, located at:

2025 Grand Ave South, Minneapolis, MN 55405

The party is from 6 PM – 10 PM again on Friday night, on Halloween! We have some fun activities you won’t want to miss including: a bonfire in the backyard, bobbing for apples contest (winner gets a prize), a costume contest (winner gets a prize), amazing food and snacks, and a DJ slanging some sick and spooky beats! We had such a fun time last year and we are so excited to be offering this event again for a clean, fun Halloween for all our friends to enjoy sober!

We can’t wait to see you there!!! Please gather all your friends to come to the party and get those costumes ready! It’s gonna be a night to remember.

Join us this Saturday for an early Mother’s Day Sculpture Walk at the Walker Sculpture Garden. Bring your mother—whether that’s your bio family or chosen family who keep you grounded or the MOTHER OF YOUR HOUSE—and let’s have an afternoon of appreciation for the people who keep us strong, sober and safe!

We’ll meet at Dunn Brothers Coffee in Loring Park at 1 p.m. and walk over to the sculpture garden.

Join us for a chill, laid back opportunity to meet other LGBTQ+ people in recovery at a fancy mansion, figure out if you want to get to know each other a little more and go from there!

​Bruce Ryan Costella (he/they) is a playwright-performer based out of Orlando, Florida. They have been producing and touring as BC Theatricals (with the help of collaborator Melissa Cooper) since 2018. Their artistic practice is interested in exploring the boundaries of the solo performance, focusing especially on spacemaking, subverting theatrical form and the queering majoritarian histories. (That’s fancy talk for he likes making stuff super gay.) When he isn’t performing, Bruce loves visiting haunted attractions, ice cream and his dog Lentilziti.

Join us for A Walk in the Park this TWIN CITIES PRIDE Saturday!

We know that forging new connections with others in recovery reinforces our ability to stay sober, especially during Pride celebrations. So we’re inviting you to simply join us as you are, wherever you are, in your recovery journey to enjoy the excitement of Twin Cities Pride weekend in Loring Park!

We’ll gather in the RE/MAX Results parking lot (1609 Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis, MN) at 11:30 AM and 2 PM. Look out for our signs! We’ll provide water, fellowship and the opportunity to connect with others in recovery!
